Restaurant La Provence in Vilnius is like a ray of Provencal sunshine in this Northern European capital . Without question it is the best in Lithuania and one day maybe will earn it’s first Michelin stars.
La Provence has a particular emphasis on seafood (Imported 3 times a
week from France )as well as on other French and Mediterranean
specialities.
Update(12/2006): Avoid seafood, especially oysters, during the
holidays period as last time i dined there, they were not fresh.
Otherwise, La Provence remains the only interesting restaurant in
Vilnius.
